Antenna Engineering CEM Modeling and Simulation

Antenna Factory's computational electromagnetic modeling and simulation (CEM M&S) tools include frequency-domain; time-domain; and hybrid-mode, full-wave analysis techniques. These provide fast and accurate designs that expedite subsystem/system integration.

Antenna Factory produces state-of-the-art pattern analysis and sets the industry standard for quality.

Custom Design Capability

The spectrum of antenna designs for applications in communications, radar, and remote sensing systems is vast, and there is an increasing need for high-performance, customized antennas. Antenna Factory designs, fabricates, and tests antenna assemblies, subsystems, systems, and mission capabilities for military and commercial platforms for air, land, and sea applications.

Our facilities include prototyping and low volume manufacturing, so we can complete your project development, initial production, and testing on time and cost-effectively.

We use 3D modeling as well as blueprints for stress testing and efficient development.

Antenna Repair

With the evolving nature of the communications industry, we are routinely asked to maintain or repair specialty antennas. A majority of these specialty antennas that we have repaired have been refurbished to exceed the original manufacturer's specifications. As such, we are pleased to analyze the antenna and provide a R.O.M at your request.

Duplexer Tuning

Utilizing our state of the art multi-million dollar RF Laboratories and our NIST trace source calibrated test equipment, we are pleased to provide DUPLEXER TUNING SERVICES.
